What personal data we collect

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

Cookies and Tracking Technology

A cookie is a small removable data file stored by your Web browser on your computer. Cookies, for example, allow you to browse and place an order on the Website and let us make shopping more convenient for you. We and third parties we work with place a unique identifier in the cookie and use the cookie to connect your computer with the information stored about you in our (or third parties we work with) database(s). Cookies do not give us or third parties access to your computer.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your Internet browser (such as Internet Explorer or Chrome) settings. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. Each browser is a little different, so check your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookie settings. However, if you choose to turn cookies off, you won’t have access to many features that make your website experience more efficient and convenient.

Pixel tags and Web beacons are tiny graphic images that allow us or Service Providers to track analytic information about your visit to our Service (such as pages viewed or links clicked), as well as when you have opened an HTML email from us.

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use our website. Please check Google Privacy Policy to learn more how Google uses your information. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics using Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel, a service of Meta Platforms, Inc., is a small piece of Java script code which we have integrated into our website. This piece of code provides a number of functions for the sending of application specific events and user defined data to Meta.

We use Meta Pixel in order to record information concerning the way in which visitors use our website. This pixel records and provides Meta with information concerning user’s browser settings, a hashed version of the Meta ID and the URL which is being visited. Each Meta user thus possesses a clear and device-independent Meta ID, whereby it is possible to address the user via more than one device on the social network Facebook/Instagram and to recognise him or her, so that we can target our visitors again for advertising purposes by means of Meta adverts.

Further information concerning Meta and its private sphere settings above and beyond the details set out can be found in the Data Policy and the Terms of Service of Meta Platforms, Inc.

We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal and/or Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Please check PayPal’s Privacy Policy and Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more details.

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Who we share your data with

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
